Prior to this position he was a Project manager of system development for remote meter AMR and consumption management in EWG Electronics and Star Engineering.

Mr. Draganović earned Master degree in Electrical Engineering and during 30 years of experience has contributed significantly to the development of several Serbian and international companies such as Electronic Industry Niš, Green Gas Generator PTE Ltd Singapore, Mačkatica, Star Engineering and EWG Electronics. In EI Niš he worked on the development of: computer machines in the period between 1971 and 1980, of various computer systems and communications equipment, commercial, industrial and special purpose equipment for JNA (National Army of Yugoslavia) in the period between 1980 and 1991, and as a project manager on the development of communications network equipment from 1992 to 1995. In the period from 1995 to 1998 he worked as an industrial engineer in the project of designing industrial system in Green Gas Generator PTE Ltd in Singapore.

Since 1999 Mr. Draganović and his team have been working on the development and application of multifunction electronic meters in practice.
